This study is for placement of a subcutaneous tunneled right IJ central venous catheter for hemodialysis. The clinical history states: History of rethrombosis of a [s/l you-tie] bridging dialysis graft in the left upper extremity]. Could it be UTI? Thanks.

What is the correct way to type the verb of dialysis? I have a Dr saying "she __ on Monday, Wednesday and Friday." He is talking about dialysis, so would it be "She dialysis on Monday, Wednesday and Friday"? That doesn't make sense to me, but that is what he's saying!

Her dialysis treatment 3 hours via the IJ PermaCath on 2.5 calcium, 2.5 potassium, 30 bicarbonate bath with s/l left flow 450, dialysis (or diastolic?) flow of 600, estimated dry weight 49.5 kg, Epogen as per protocol.
