According to a very detailed message from my QA department with authoratative references cited, unless the first measure is stated specifically, you are making an assumption that _3_ is mm and cannot assign 3-4 mm. They explained I had to use 3 x 4-mm effusion. There are many units of measure and their point was to assume is not permissible as it could be an error.

This is in regards to an elevated hematocrit. The doctor states there is no sign of bleeding and then says what sounds like the "CVA" or something DA -all I can tell is that it seems to end in D, KCDA? Is normal, so that is encouraging as well.
