Thank you! I have been typing white line of Toldt for over 20 years, but on new job and QA person corrected it to right. It really burns my butt when QA is incorrect and marks my reports with errors.

There was a longitudinal tear, not all that unstable, in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus in more the white white zone. Not sure exactly how this should look. White-white, white/white or something else. Thanks.

Title of procedure: A 24-hour pH probe study.
Then we pulled the probe 2 inches above the level between the acidic and non-acidic line and then we taped it and anchored it and the baby started the breast-feeding right away after the probe placement.

My report is on a person diagnosed with bacterial endocarditis, with progressive respiratory failure, pneumomediastinum and 103F temperature. an x-ray showed air under the high diaphragm. the white count was elevated to 18,200 from which 50% were (s/l) run. Am I hearing correct? Also, an EGD showed several s/l "oon takes" in the stomach. If you can help me I would appreciate it. Thanks
