what would you do?

I  know that typically the rule is to spell out one number when there are two numbers together, but here is my problem:

An MRI of 01/24/06:  C3-4, 2 mm left paracentral anular bulge, mild central canal stenosis.  C4-5, 2 mm central and lateral anular bulge and spur, moderate spinal stenosis.

This is not a verbatim acount, either.

  • I would type C34 a 2 mm; annular is the preferred sp; anular a variation.nm - M.A.

    • We are told to spell it with 1, but I appreciate your input :-) - thank you
    • guess anular can be spelled both ways NM - just me again
