In an ER report I'm doing there is this line....

Um, how do you transcribe F ing?  Not the actual word but Fing.  is it Fing f'ing

is a Promethia test??  Arggg! I hate this $#* account that I'm not familiar with. :)  Patient had an ERCP and this S/L Promethia was one of the recommendations.

Page 389, 2005 BOS under thousand says "Quantities dictated in the form 'four point two thousand' may be transcribed as 4.2 thousand or as 4200", so both are correct. 

My head is so gonna blow up from all this stuff.
