Sorry but can't make heads or tails of what he could possibly be saying.  I do think though "intrical" should be cylindrical port incision.  Good luck

MT daily has sample reports, I need a C-section.  Know where I can get one.  Thanks in advance.

Procedure:  Patient was brought to the operating room where general anesthesia was administered.  Examination under anesthesia revealed a uterus of approximately 8 to 10 week size.  No adnexal masses were appreciated.  Patient was prepped and draped in the usual manner for vaginal surgery.  A weighted retractor was placed in the posterior aspect of the vagina.  Anterior lip of cervix grasped with tenaculum.  The cervix was then progressively dilated with Pratt dilators, and a #8 curved suction curette easily introduced into the uterine cavity.  Products of conception were then evacuated.  The uterine cavity was then sharply curetted and additional tissues sent to pathology.  The tenaculum and retractor were then removed, and procedure was thus completed.  Estimated blood loss was minimal.  Patient tolerated the procedure well and taken to recovery room in stable condition.

The patient had a sputum sample obtained, which was found to be positive for s/l H-Priori and s/l Staphoria.

Has anyone every heard of the Simes or Sims procedure?  I never heard of it and I am having a hard time trying to verify.  Perhaps I am not spelling it correctly?

Hi.  I do quite a bit of OP notes with lots of deliveries and surgeries for OB/GYN.  I do agree with the previous post that those books would be extremely helpful, but I totally understand being strapped for cash (single mom with three kids here).  I thought this website might offer you some help until things start to get a little better for you.  You will find links here for just about everything.
