He is unfortunately far beyond our being able to do zank smears, IFAs, PCRs, or cultures off of the primary lesions. Should we turn up a herpes type 2 lesions, we will at least broach the issue of hepatitis testing, in addition to HIV testing.

We then placed an s/l intergrafted stitch through the bulbocavernosis mucosa _____ tissue on the other side. An additional supporting stitch was then placed. At this point, we were able to reapproximate the vaginal and the posterior s/l forcet using a 2-0 chromic in a running fashion.
