Pt had a Stamey procedure years ago and now it feels like a "bludget of Gortex has eroded through the vaginal mucosa." When I googled bludget, it comes up with an outdated word for prostitute/thief. Ha! He's an older guy who uses a lot of slang terms, so any ideas? (He's really clear, though.) Thanks!

I'm transcribing a re-TURP report, and the doctor sounds like he's talking with a huge jawbreaker in his cheek. He says he scoped the patient in his office, and he had a s/l mogul or mobile or mobile prostaticystica all over his prostate. I'm stumped! Maybe this is a derm term instead of a urology term, but whatever it is, I'm not having any luck locating it!

anybody ever heard of what i'm assuming is the slang term "callies?" It actually sound's like "ka-leez," like the short slang term for "california" in the plural. it was used in the context of a juvenile hall exercise in which people shout out/call out as a group. it was something that the patient enjoyed as a group exercise in releasing anger. i couldn't find this with an online search.
