Subject: urogynecology help

Dr says that vaginal wall was tender and atrophic despite s/l good brugation.


At first I thought she was saying lubrication, but I very clearly hear the "g" sound at the beginning.

Patient has a vaginal vault prolapse, and dr says on the POPQ scoring the measurements were +3 and +15 for anterior and posterior with point C at +15. 


This is exactly what she says.  Do I have it typed correctly?  I was specifically questioning the "point C" part.
