We used hemoclips and silk ___ for hemostasis and controlled lymphatic vessels. 

SILK IS USED AS SUTURE MATERIAL.....

We irrigated __and assured?__ hemostasis

THIS ABOVE WOULD BE CORRECT WITHOUT YOUR UNDERSCORES....

We identified the ureter which was reflected medially.

assured hemostasis placing __ FloSeal __ along the obturator foramen area and there was no sign of bleeding

We closed the fascia with a running loop #1 _PDS__ suture. 

closing the femoral canal defect with an interrupted, figure of 8, Ethibond suture.

interrupted figure-of-8 Ethibond suture would be correct above.
