Why would you do that? Since when do you put a comma in front of 'that', the less in front of 'and that'.

The sentence structure in the second part is wrong, it does not make any sense, so I corrected it in my other post.

Same with something like "coronary artery disease, status post coronary artery bypass graft," which means a CABG was performed after the diagnosis.  Without the comma (CAD status post CABG), it would mean there is CAD found after the CABG.

especially the drugs are listed categorically. For instance, if you heard a drug but couldn't quite get it but knew it was for (for example) Parkinson's disease, you could look it up under "antiparkinsonian drugs." Drake & Drake has a similar book, XRef.

The way I was taught is that if each part of the sentence can stand alone as a separate sentence, then use a comma. In your case, the second half after the comma would not make sense as a single sentence.
