Just someone reviewing the history and there was no elaboration other than that. This particular dictator is killing me tonight...they sound like they are recanting a dream while still out of it themselves...words are trickling out their mouth oh every 15-30 seconds or so and sentences are all malformed, they are yawning, so a 10 minute report is only yielding like 30 lines and I'm falling asleep myself...very frustrating!

Not all MTs are way off in what they are asking about or looking for and some of these suggestions that have nothing to do with their requests can be very misleading, as well.
