It is different and a lot of different terminology but you must study up and have the proper word books as well as learn what the meaning is, of course. I misunderstood your switch above. I did heme/onc as well and you may be dealing with the same chief complaints but the treatment plan is totally different and you really have to know your stuff. None of it is easy, as you know. Think of it as a public service and do your best to learn all you can and you should do well. Good luck with it.
