This is from a neurlogical consultation:
Physical Examination: She has clear loss of pinprick in ?? s/l leg to tendons ?? distribution up to about the knee bilaterally, hands up to mid wrist, and chest in the distal thoracic distribution. This is consistent with a small fiber ?? s/l leg to tendons ?? process. Her strength is relatively preserved considering her age. Deep tendon reflexes are not elicitable distally.
Impression: ?? s/l leg to tendons ?? sensory greater than motor neuropathy involving both small as well as large fiber axones.

Hope I help!
