I tried to get change out of it, but just can't. Would tear make sense?
Working on new ortho doc and he is giving me fits. Also, in the x-ray, he says:
Left shoulder, three views, supraspinatus s/l mantaplee demonstrates type 3 acromion.

if your docs are a lot like some of mine, they try to rush through their dictation more and more by using abbreviations that really do not exist, using cut-off words....you are right, he is saying that there is tendinopathy found in both the supraspinatus and infraspinus, I do lots of ortho ops and procedures. Hope I help!
