Sentence reads: A 20 cc subcutaneous pocket was formed. My question relates to cc versus mL - sm
Subject: Sentence reads: A 20 cc subcutaneous pocket was formed. My question relates to cc versus mL - sm
mL refers to liquid measures, and cc (or cubic centimeters) to solid measures. For some reason, I cannot get my brain to differentiate whether this 20 cc subcutaneous pacemaker pocket falls into the solid measure or liquid measure category. I THINK it would be solid measure, but it's been a long day and my brain is totally zapped. Appreciate any input!
