it used as wrap, nor can I verify anywhere, perhaps she is using a Schanz dressing??? That is the closest in sound that I can find, without hearing it, I wish I could be of more help!

PROCEDURE NOTE: The patient was prepped in sterile fashion with Betadine. He was given 1 cc of 2% Lidocaine without epinephrine for anesthesia. A sterile glove and prep was used throughout. He did have a #11 blade incise approximately ½ inch wound with a large amount of pus. This was drained and loculations were also broken up and drained. He tolerated the procedure well without complication. He was packed with approximately 4 cm of Iodoform gauze, which is ½ inch. He tolerated this well. Sterile dressing as well as KLING was placed on this. He was advised to strictly keep this dry until tomorrow when he is reevaluated.
