I know I've had it before but can't find it! Frustrated!! Anyway, it goes...spinal stenosis and a facet cystic mass from the right L5, S1 s/l siset.

It should actually be called
cervical spinal stenosis.

Spinal stenosis is ONLY of the spine and is not found in other parts of the body. I do ortho and the previous poster is incorrect. That's why it's called 'spinal' meaning of the spine. Stenosis can occur in other parts, but spinal stenosis is only of the spine.
