The patient has the flu. She has “Mucous membranes markedly swollen and congested, especially on the left with almost no passageway with just clear discharge, a little mild tenderness over all sinuses. s/l *sphincter* pharynx, lymphoid heteroplasia, lots . . .”
Will sphincter work in here at all?
