The doc has dicated an x-report in which there is "no effusion, no infiltration, and no s/l alqueferia." He has done this on one other report and even the QA editor had to leave a blank. If someone out there in Transcriptionland knows what this could be, I'd be really grateful (and smug, too, if I can supply a term that my editor couldn't!)
