realized you were correcting yourself after what you had found on the internet.
Scary that the internet is giving wrong info too, and a lot of people go by what is on there without double checking.
Again Sorry.

This is an American doctor but I have never heard it pronounced this way. Every instance he is pronouncing it "yur-e-kel".
"...referred for evaluation of a yur-e-kel anomaly"
"...consistent with a residual yur-e-kel sinus"
"...any yur-e-kel fistula"
Is it ureteral or urethral?
TIA!!

Yes, my Stedman's and several other books spell it Kitner. And several other perfectly reputable sources spell it Kittner.
WHICH IS WHY I ASKED 'PLEASE DON'T JUST TELL ME HOW YOUR BOOK SPELLS IT!'
Please, does anyone actually have credible reference as to the person who these tools are named after?
Thank you.

Primary care physicians frequently perform lumbar puncture, because cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) is an invaluable diagnostic window to the central nervous system (CNS). Commonly performed tests on CSF include protein and glucose levels, cell counts and differential, microscopic examination, and culture. Additional tests such as opening pressure, 'SUPERNATANT COLOR', latex agglutination, and polymerase chain reaction also may be performed. Knowing which tests to order and how to interpret them allows physicians to use CSF as a key diagnostic tool in a variety of diseases.

excused by please and thank you. And I did have something to offer. I offered that since you can document it either way, either should be correct. FWIW, I googled for (Kitner, Kittner) blunt manufacturer and came up with nada. There is no "credible" reference that's better than what you've got, evidently.

overread vs over-read vs over read
Subject: overread vs over-read vs over read
OneLook has a disclaimer for the definition of the word overread that says: This definition is from the 1913 Webster's Dictionary and may be outdated. Some of the links listed on OneLook give the definition, some say the word does not exist, another gives the definition and then says (not used). There are references online for over-read, overread, and over read. I think over-read with a hyphen is a nice compromise. It's situations like this that make me dazed and confused!

I would do 60%. I have several doctors that will say 60 (as in ) 6-0. Clarifying the numbers so you don't put 16. They do 50, 5-0 so you don't put 15 because they sound close. It just sounds like sixty-six-zero. Put what you feel is right but I would be from experienc it is 60%

If you don't want to assist or be helpful with information, direction, guidance, then simply do not post.

It states that this board is not designed to be a place to get unlimited advice. It is here to foster dicussion. My opinion is people tend to use this site as a crutch because they lack maturity or motivation or just don't care to experience the pleasaure of researching and making discoveries that will benefit them for life.

I have deleted and banned several offshore posters from using this website, the Word board in particular. I will try to watch closely for offshore posters as we do not allow them to post here. Your help is appreciated if you suspect such.
Reminder: We do not allow test questions to be posted. As I am observing this board closely, I will delete any posts that seem to be following test format. Changing your moniker will not make a difference -- I can still see who you are!

you would have realized it was not criticism about not spelling something right, but about putting in a S/L question and someone not reading it correctly and saying she was not a mind reader. It was rude and uncalled for. Constructive criticism can be posted in a nice way, where it does not feel like criticism to the poster. No one has to be rude to get a point across. just my opinion.
