This is for a patient with Metabolic acidosis. I cannot determine whether the doctor is saying 6 50 mg 3 times daily for sodium bicarbonate or 650 mg 3 times daily. Is anyone familiar with dosage on this?

Iron studies were normal except that his B and C were negative.
This is under abnormal liver function test, most likely fatty liver disease.
When I google I get hepatitis B and C info. Help clear my confusion!
