I can't think of anything else he might be saying, it really sounds like girls. Do you think this is correct? I just think it sounds weird.
BTW the only medical history I have for this patient is Ewing sarcoma...

Just trying to help. I feel so sorry for you all. I've been through all of this many years ago and you spend all your valuable time trying to figure what this a-- h--- said! We discussed smoking cessation. I explained to him the need to determine what each cigarette is being smoked for and to find alternatives to that. We discussed Chantix. I explained to him that one of the side effects is suicide. When he hears this, he decides he does not want try that medication, but he will try it with over-the-counter aids and his _____ . We will go ahead and get some routine blood work today. We will have him follow up in 2 weeks for a physical exam and to review the blood work.
