We also checked 2 point and 1 point pin sensation discrimination and this was intact.   (I am questioning discrimination have not heard it this way before I may be hearing discrimination incorrectly, any tips?)

The working diagnosis at this point in time is paresthesias of the right thigh.

There is a s/l grass or glass sensation to light touch on the anterior and anteromedial aspect of the right thigh from the suprapatellar region to the proximal thigh region.

However, this time he says, "a nylon string test reveals s/l 5 point of sensation on both feet."

Don't know if it should be 5 points of sensation, 5-point sensation, or if it's simply 5.0 sensation. Is anyone aware of how to type this?
