At least that's what it s/l, used in a TAH procedure: A long ski slope was placed into the posterior peritoneal incision.

Need help regarding instrument used for second laminotomy, a re-incision of a previous laminotomy scar:
"...superficial layers of the scar were dissected away... now set locks-(s/l) were used to bring the scar lateral to the laminotomy..."
Is it set locks, side locks or something else? I just can't tell from slurry dictation!
