I did place a question with them, but that will be awhile. Anyway, the only think I can think of might be axillary, cervical, mediastinal, but that is just a guess.

Possibly sounds like he could be dictating a fracture that starts with an r or something that ends with an ate. Dictates this particular fracture a couple times and this is all I can get out of it.
