- Can sometimes get a clue from DX, infection +WBCs, stones/trauma + RBCs, etc. nm - Sometimes...
  - Patient does have a UTI but would it - be safe to put 427 wbc's?
- Dictated 427 rbc's and 58 rbc's - don't know where that symbol came from.
  - Might be 4-7 WBCs if you're not clearly hearing 427. nm - Sometimes...
