This patient is a xx year old female with a past medical history of hypertension, status post gastric-bypass surgery in (DATE) who presents for preoperative clearance. She is undergoing surgery by Dr. XXX on (DATE) for thighplasty and panniculectomy Apparently, she is feeling well and has no complaints. Specifically, she denies any chest pain, shortness of breath, dyspnea on exertion, PND, or orthopnea. She denies any bleeding or clotting disorders. She has no difficulty with anesthesia.

Pt diagnosed with bacterial skin infection, took Bactrim DS and it started to clear. One bump had purulent discharge, and the nurse is concerned that it is MRSA, or that he is a carrier.
He was s/l not solved/or absolved for MRSA at the clinic. Thanks.
