I can hear the barometer part clearly and it is a lung/breathing issue. Any clues? I'm completely stumped here. In terms of sleep disordered breathing, specifically in the central sleep apnea, there was very minimal evidence of either central sleep apnea or change doxed respirations with periodic breathing. Obviously with tracheostomy and the upper airway circumvented, there was no obstructive component to sleep disordered breathing.

The wounds were dressed and wound care instructions were given.
