Pilonidal usually occur at the top of the buttock along the coccyx spine. They could be put under rectal or dermatologic. Personally I would put them under dermatologic as it is still considered a type of cyst.

You always include the 0 before a

the only SVC I know of is superior vena cava, so SVT is probably the correct term as nana said.
