The pathology came as mucinous adenocarcinoma. She had at least 30 lymph nodes which were sampled. All were negative, so is s/l T3 and zero staging.

anatomically, they should be at the level of the fascia; they usually say "fascia" or "fascial ring" or "fascial collar" or perhaps even "fat"...can't think of anything that s/l point and it's definitely NOT bone...

ALSO:
There was also an area of focal submucosal s/l immural pigment from where she had had marking with her enteroscopy.
