s/l palandromic rheumatism...sm

I do not know the etiology of her symptoms.  I

imagine she has some degenerative joint disease

and fibromyalgia but could have s/l palandromic

rheumatism.

Pt is there for evaluation of myalgias and

arthralgias...any help would be

appreciated.....thanks!
