This makes no sense. He's an ESL which doesn't help at all....

Sentence: Palpitations, most likely is secondary to gastroesophageal reflux disease.  Recommended to double the dose of her Prevacid to one in the morning and one in the evening, add <s/l nex-up-erol> to her bed, eat early dinners, and we will monitor.
