technqiue. The procedure is a transvaginal sling, bladder neck suspension.

The sentence is:  A loss of bladder neck support was noted to exist.  A transvaginal sling, bladder neck suspension was performed utilizing s/l influence in-dash fast??? technique.  He is stumbling a bit at the beginning of the influence part, so maybe that is not even right.

There is no dash...
Subject: There is no dash...

There is no dash in the abbreviation. The "C" stands for continuous - continuous positive airway pressure. The MD probably just has a preference for his to look that way. Since it is a verbatim account, I would do as he requests - on his work only. Continue to use the correct CPAP elsewhere. You're right - he's wrong, but he's the doc! Sometimes we're damned if we do and damned if we don't. Sorry for your dilemma. Hope this was helpful. Have a good day :-)

I thought about "grazed" or "grazing" but, as you said, it really doesn't fit very well in this context.
