The deep radial artery is identified and is the main supply. The _______ s/l imediate or imedio arteries in all digits are present and irregular, and do not go out beyond the PIP joints.
The word is mumbled, so I apologize if the sounds like isn't even close. Any ideas would be appreciated!

superior vena cava/pulmonary artery or arteries
I have a problem hearing if this is artery or arterIES(pleural). From my limited knowledge it would be artery, but does somebody know if a pulmonary homograft will connect the right ventricle to the pulmonary artery-- or it is arteries? Same with the Glenn shunt that goes from the superior vena cava to the pulmonary artery or arterIES? I cannot hear the doc clearly and it sounds like it might be arteries. thanks,
