ASSESSMENT:
- Type 2 diabetes, slightly suboptimal control despite institution of long-acting insulin.
- Hypertension, controlled.
- (s/l hypereristhemia), controlled.
- Hyperlipidemia, controlled.
PLAN:
We will continue with Glucovance 5/500 twice daily and metformin 500 mg twice daily, Benazepril 40 mg daily, Lipitor 20 mg at suppertime, Allopurinol 300 mg, atenolol 50 mg daily, hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg daily.
