Subject: s/l hydrocater
The area was prepped and draped in the usual sterile fashion. Local was injected as needed. Both were approached in a similar fashion. A scalpel blade was used to make an incision over the top. Dissection was continued down until it could be excised in total. s/l hydrocater was used for hemostasis as needed.
