patient has bladder cancer  -

A urinalysis was positive for microhematuria.  A urine cytology showed significant atypia and a fluorescence in situ hybridization study was positive for �3, 7 and 17 Centramere??? gains and for 9P21 loss� Also not sure about the 9P21 loss???? if that is written correctly or not.  YIKES.  Never come across this in all my years of typing.  Something new everyday.
