s/l first o-sir-ah-see-us

Patient is being seen for hand numbness. Doc dictates markedly positive Froment's sign and weak s/l first o-sir-ah-see-us strength. I actually have this term on two different dictations so any help would really be appreciated.

Can you tell I have a new doc today?

• s/l first o-sir-ah-see-us - CAMT
  • Froment's sign tests the abductor pollicis, so your second s/l might be - opponens pollicis in the hand. nm
  • first interosserous - pc
