MRI scan indicates a complete tear of the anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with bone contusion of the posteromedial and proximal tibia extending to the tibial spines. There is also S/L evident splinting of inner free edge of the posterior and lateral meniscus related to meniscal debridement. Any ideas will be appreciated. tia.

I am not sure if all of this sentence makes sense but that is what it sounds like.
