Biomicroscopy was significant for the presence of edema of the bulbar conjunctivae of both eyes. The patient also showed bilateral corneal s/l chagrin.

I found this ophthalmology diagnosis on the web: Anterior Mosaic Crocodile Mosaic Chagrin. So, corneal Chagrin could be what it is. I'm not an opththalmology MT (I actually hate those reports), but this is the closest thing I found. Hope it helps.
