Sounds like me-ta-zo-lol or something along those lines. Closest thing I found was betaxolol, but the dosage is not right. Thanks for any help!

I'm sure that I will go "DUH!" when I find the answer, but it's Friday, so I'm braindead.
Here's my problem:
The mitral valve is thickened. There is minimal calcification at the base of the leaflet. Both anterior and posterior mitral valve leaflets are very pliable. There is no significant subvalvular <__IM_1: s/l "technology" __> is noted. There is at least moderate central mitral regurgitation.
