Given the clinical judgement the patient has not suffered an MI, we will currently not start the patient on s/l champ medicines, consisting of a beta blocker, an ACE inhibitor, Lipitor, aspirin or heparin.
Same doctor used this term last week too and I blanked it. still don't know.
