Doc is very clearly saying "sosis" muscle but I think he means psoas muscle....
MRI revealing lesions at the level of L3 and invading the "sosis" muscle at the same level.
Just making sure before I change it to psoas....
Could it possibly be rough (like hoarse) inspiratory sounds???
