Editing another transcriptionist's work and she didn't leave the voice note.  Has anyone ever heard of this?


HEENT:  Normocephalic.  Conjunctivae are pink.  Sclerae are anicteric.  PERRLA.  EOMI. Normal dentition.  He does have evidence of smooth red tongue and angular celitis.  No pharyngeal lesions.  Trachea is in midline.  No thyromegaly.  No cervical or supraclavicular lymphadenopathy.
