Operation is a tympanoplasty with ossicular chain reconstruction. Not sure if it is a Korner flap or a Koerner flap. I think it is Korner with those two little dots on the O but can't put those in!
I have never heard of caplar. He may just be saying it fast and cutting the y off.

I agree with capillary, sometimes you don't year the "y" when some of them say it fast or could you be hearing Doppler perfusion.
