used twice in two different sentences. see below
She has a bag of Tagocel/Tigocel at this time that is to be hung when she gets to the operating room and probably will be given postoperatively.
Doctor has ordered Tagocel/Tigocel on call as this covers MRSA as well as a number of anaerobes and Gram positive organisms.
