Composite resection of right tongue and oral cavity via a mandibular swing approach. Lorenz titanium bar mandible reconstruction. Right port removal. Right pectoralis major myocutaneous flap reconstruction. Sargent-Masterson repair of right chest wound.

Don't know what the CT of the chest is for, but I would bet money that you are hearing "protocol" as the second part of your s/l. Go back and listen for that.
