All I can make out is it is something with the great toe s/l Barshonelle evulsion. any ideas?

I know the actual definitions... But there is such a subtle difference between forcibly extracting and ripping away that I can't seem to get it through my head. In this last report the man had his skin on his hand removed in an accident.... I went with a skin avulsion.... But I keep second-guessing.
