This new doctor has a review of systems normal. It includes a 'Breasts' normal. Do I keep that if it is a man? I'm confused because I've heard men can get breast cancer. should I leave it/delete it?

I know that makes no sense at all but that's what it sounds like. This doctor is from Puerto rico. Up until this point, she has been pretty clear. Thanks for any help
